Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Jackson with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
