Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tampa area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
