Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Cedar Glen Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
