Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
