Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 539 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
