Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Northwind Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Buffalo, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
