Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Dallas with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
