Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Bright Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in San Antonio presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
