Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
