Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Birch Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
