Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
