Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Providence. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
