Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Providence, RI)

Cedar Iron Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
