Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Mill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Providence. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
