Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
