Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Haven Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
