Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Portland. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
