Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
