Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Portland area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
