Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Pittsburgh area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
