Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
