Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
