Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Omaha area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
