Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
