Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Oklahoma City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
