Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Oklahoma City, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
