Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
