Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Field Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Nashville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
