Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Cedar Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
