Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
