Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Miami presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
