Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Miami. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
