Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
