Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Summit Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Memphis with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
