Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Memphis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
