Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
