Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Ventures is an arts centre in Memphis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
