Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Memphis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
