Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Little Rock with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
