Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Little Rock. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
