Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
