Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
