Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Forge Facilities is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
