Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Knoxville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
