Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 377 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
