Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Iron Property Management is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
