Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
