Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Jacksonville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
