Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Jackson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
