Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
